Fuse supported this ambitious and fast moving transformation programme to deploy S/4 HANA globally across Lipton, marking the company's final step in separation from Unilever. â€‹

We created impactful and attention grabbing communications to help employees focus on the critical activities they needed to undertake in the run up to go live - from completing their training, to backing up emails.

Fuse was also commissioned to create a fun celebratory video featuring key programme players reflecting on the journey and their achievements, as well as a big 'Thank you' from the leadership team to all staff for their contribution to the programme's success.​​

Fuse produced this celebratory video using a mixture of 1:1 interviews, drone footage, animations and illustrations to fit with the new Lipton house style.
