Change at scale

With over 30 years’ experience in change and communications, we have helped a broad range of clients in both public and private sectors, and on a global scale, to communicate and implement organisational and behavioural changes as a result of new technologies, processes and structures.


Working alongside Unilever since 2011, providing communications and change services for strategic global programmes including:​

  • EFCR (global harmonisation of financial reporting and controls),

  • Finance Connect (Management Reporting).


We’ve also provided adhoc support to a number of functions in ETS, including creating an internal recruitment video and microsite, developing a functional communications strategy and plan, branding for the Accounting Olympiad, and design and build of various internal Sharepoint sites.

Lucy is a senior management consultant with over 30 years consulting experience, specialising in people and organisational change.


Lucy has particular expertise in change management strategy and implementation for organisations introducing shared services, new operating models, technologies (including SAP), processes (automation, global harmonisation) and structures (including offshoring and outsourcing).
