
Creating and promoting an exciting internal Employee Value Proposition

Fuse supported Unilever’s Business Finance Services function to brand and promote their new Employee Value Proposition. We created an impactful video highlighting the breadth, scale and scope of career opportunities within this young global function.
The video featured past and present team members at all levels of seniority, talking about their real life experiences of working in the function. The film deployed a fun youthful motif to land the idea of 'bigger opportunities'. ​

Fuse provided a full end to end service, from concept, script and branding development to filming and post production. The video was hosted on a supporting sharepoint site which Fuse designed and built, together with promotional materials to support the launch.
